My Ride History (MRH) is a nostalgic website where you can share stories, images and videos of the "rides" of your life. By accessing MRH, you agree to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of use, all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Florida and the federal government and any other applicable local laws, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local and federal laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. User Obligations

Users of My Ride History must comply with all applicable laws, local and federal. Users are responsible for content posted in their history, including text, images, videos and hyperlinks. Users must respect the rights of others. Illegal and otherwise prohibited content is subject to deletion (see section 4 below).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than content you own, which you opt to include on MRH, and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material maintained on My Ride History, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only (see section 4 below), subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms and Conditions.

4. Content Moderation

In addition to illegal content, My Ride History will not allow hateful, violent, grisly or pornographic content to appear. Such content will be deleted from a user's history.

My Ride History has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by My Ride History of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

Our users may post original content, or properly credited content. If copywritten content is posted without permission, a takedown request may be made via our contact page. We will review the content and determine if the user has the proper rights to post said content. If My Ride History determines a user does not have the proper rights for the posted content, we will delete that content from the user's history.

5. Account Termination

If a User has been determined to have violated MRH's terms of service willfully and repeatedly, and/or has had content deleted multiple times, MRH reserves the right to terminate the User's account.

6. License to use Website

For content other than what you have rights to post, you may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website, provided that:

(a) you must not republish material from this website (including republication on another website), or reproduce or store material from this website in any public or private electronic retrieval system, without our express written consent;

(b) you must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit our website or material on our website for a commercial purpose, without our express written consent;

(c) you must not edit or otherwise modify any material on the website, without our express written consent.

In no event shall My Ride History or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MRH's Internet site, even if MRH or a MRH authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. 9. Your Data

My Ride History makes no claim of ownership of any of our user's data- any stories, videos or images. We do not sell any stories, videos or images of any ride posted on the website. We may used currently public ride data for promotional purposes, after getting account owner permission. Inactive accounts are subject to deletion- stories, vidoes, images and links- after 12 months of no user activity or views.

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on My Ride History's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MRH does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. MRH may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. MRH does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

11. Site Terms of Use Modifications

My Ride History may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on My Ride History, constitute the entire agreement between My Ride History and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understanding with respect to the same.
